This page explains what information the Seven Small Services website comes into contact with, and how it is handled. It is written plainly so you can judge it for yourself.
In short
This site is a company information page. There is no registration, no online form, no user profiling and no advertising. What you leave behind while browsing is basic traffic data only.
What the website comes into contact with
Traffic statistics The site is hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), whose built-in statistics record page views, referring pages, approximate country- or city-level location, and browser and device type. This data is aggregated; we cannot see who you are.
Server logs The host retains access logs (including IP addresses) as is standard practice, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies This site carries no third-party advertising or social tracking code. The host may set a small number of cookies necessary to run the site and its statistics.
What you send us If you send us a part number, equipment model, company name or contact details over WeChat, email or phone, we receive that directly — it does not pass through this website.
What we do not do
- We do not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses on the website — there is no form here
- We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information
- We do not pass your information to third-party marketing agencies
- We do not use advertising tracking pixels
How we use what you send us
Only to check part numbers and stock, quote, arrange service and delivery, and handle the after-service and reconciliation that follow. It is held in our internal business systems and accessible only to the colleagues involved.
It is not disclosed externally except in two situations:
- To the logistics, customs or field-service party that must be told in order to complete delivery, and only the part necessary for that step
- Where laws, regulations or a competent authority lawfully require it
Retention Records of actual business dealings are retained as required by contract and tax rules; information sent only for a quotation that did not proceed is generally cleared within a year.
About the images on this site
In the certificates, system screenshots and site photographs shown here, customer names, personal names, equipment serial numbers and handwritten signatures have been masked, and case text has been merged and anonymised.
If you believe an image may still relate to you or your organisation, contact us and we will verify and take it down immediately.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what contact details and correspondence we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@sevensmallservices.com and we will respond within 30 days.
