SPARE PARTS

We don’t stock part numbers. We stock parts that go straight into the machine.

Battery or no battery, firmware baseline, alternate part numbers, compatible models — miss any one of them and the part is no part at all. 11,894 part numbers, recorded line by line.

Where the parts come from

Four sourcing channels. Every part that leaves the warehouse has a traceable origin and condition.

Manufacturer-new channels

Years of brand-level relationships and a range of Chinese and international brand accreditations give us stable access to manufacturer-new equipment and parts. Not everything has to come from the secondary market.

Chinese manufacturer reseller accreditations

Reseller accreditations with Huawei, H3C, Inspur, Lenovo, Sugon, Sangfor, NSFOCUS, Venustech and Ruijie.

Overseas systems and parts

Complete systems and parts sourced overseas, brought in through formal customs clearance, with origin and batch traceable.

Remanufactured and decommissioned assets

Parts from Chinese remanufacturing plants and equipment decommissioned from 3A-grade facilities — tested or repaired to standard before they enter stock.

How many units of a brand were installed worldwide, and how many have since been retired, decides how many of its parts exist on the secondary market at all. That is why some brands are easy to source and others get harder every year — the more channels, the less exposure to any single one drying up.

Quality standard, in and out

Stage Standard
Inbound 48+ hours of stress testing
In stock Re-tested on a schedule once held longer than a month
Outbound Re-tested unit by unit · three or more layers of protective packing

All parts meet our own standard, the China Association of Circular Economy industry standard, and national circular-economy policy.

How we manage stock

We stock parts that can go straight into a machine

Having 00Y5860 on the shelf does not mean you are covered. Battery or no battery, whether firmware can be synchronised, whether the host interface card configuration matches — miss one and the spare is useless.

For every part number the warehouse records:

  • Battery included or not, and whether accessories are complete
  • Firmware baseline
  • Interchangeable part numbers
  • Compatible machine types (differences such as Gen1 vs Gen2 not being interchangeable are recorded explicitly)
  • Bin location and whether it can be released
  • Intake and manufacturing date (mandatory for batteries)

Batteries are managed separately

A battery is the one spare that degrades even while sitting on a shelf. Batteries in stock are rotated by manufacturing date and pulled when they are past their window — not discovered when a customer asks.

Acceptance standard for pulled parts

  • Power-on test record
  • Visual and serial-number check
  • Two units from the same batch held for older equipment
  • An observation period after the swap

Packing and despatch: the last gate before a part leaves

Seven steps, performed and recorded on every single unit.

  1. Anti-static bagging — anti-static lining and handling
  2. Specification label applied
  3. Tamper-evident seal
  4. Test report enclosed
  5. Foam fill and outer carton
  6. Vacuum seal and waterproofing
  7. Despatch by SF Express

Every part that leaves can be traced from its specification label and test report back to the specific test record and bin location.

When the box is opened at the customer’s site, the condition, the test date and the bin it came from all reconcile. Without that step, everything upstream in stock management counts for nothing.
